Happy 2nd Birthday Brynlee!

On September 22nd, our baby girl turned 2!  It's hard to believe that time has gone by so quickly!  She has changed so much in the past year. At her 2-Year check up last week she weighed 28 1/2 pounds (71%) and was 35 inches tall (77%).  We are always getting asked if she is 3 or 4, I guess it must be her height or her long hair.   She is quite active and never slows down.  Sometimes I think she is 2 going on 5 or more.  Since she has started school she has come home with some crazy dance moves, can recite some of the bible verses they are studying and has become much better at saying please, thank you and I'm sorry!  Also with the arrival of her cousin,  Baby Chase she has become much more motherly and caring for her baby dolls.  I know she is going to be such a great help when Baby Bryleigh comes along!

Here are some pictures from her actual birthday and her Minne Mouse themed birthday party.

Cookies I made for Brynlee to share with her classmates at school.
Playing with her new baby doll!  She is quite the motherly-figure now and is always looking for the baby's "nap" (pacifier), trying to change its diaper and feed it a bottle.
Putting money in her new piggy bank.  She absolutely loves this and can't wait for Travis to get home to see if he brought her any money!

At the party trying to get a family pose!  I am 30 weeks pregnant here.
Minnie Mouse Themed Birthday Cake I made.

Attempting to blow out the candles.  Even though we practiced, she wasn't quite sure about this.

Loves opening cards with money!

As soon as she opened her new table and chairs set, it became the center piece for her gift opening!

Opening her cleaning set.  Since she received this she has been cleaning our house from top to bottom!  Thanks Brad, Jennifer and Chase, I can't wait to put her to the real test when she gets older.

The only picture I could get of her smiling at the party.   Thank you so much for everyone who came to the party and for all of the great gifts you gave Brynlee!  We are very, very lucky to have such a great family!
