Bryleigh turns 4 Months Old!

On March 23rd, Bryleigh turned 4 Months Old!  Our little baby girl is growing up and changing so fast.  Here are some facts about sweet Bryleigh:

• At her 4 Month Check-Up on Friday, she weighed 16 pounds, 13 ounces and was 26 inches long.  She is at about the 95% for both.  Compared to Brynlee, she is exactly 1 pound bigger and same length.
• She wears size 3-6 Month clothing and a few 6 Month items due to length.
• She wears a size 2 shoe (Brynlee didn't wear this till about 6 Months).
• She is still on the Similac Sensitive for Spit-Up Formula.  This week she has started taking about 5 ounces a feeding, for a total of 6 feedings.  She pretty much eats every 3 hours during the day.
• For the past 3 or so weeks, Bryleigh has been pretty sick from having lots of diarrhea, lots of spit-up, to an ear infection, to getting a really bad cough and congestion in which we had to have a breathing treatment at the doctor, then was on Albuterol syrup for 10 days, had to change 3 different types of antibiotics and is still on a probiotic tablet until her digestive system gets straightened out.  Hopefully we are on the upside for now!
• Her bedtime is between 9-9:30 and as far as when she gets it up well that is debatable. The past few weeks she hasn't slept very good, but knock on wood for the past three nights she has slept from 9-9:30 until 5:45-6:30 or so.  She still sleeps in the pack-in-play in our bedroom but takes her naps in her crib.  Hopefully we can move her soon when her nighttime get better.
• Yesterday, we started her on rice cereal and she did great!  In fact, she was taking my hand and trying to push the spoon in her mouth.  I think we might have an eater on our hands!
• She loves to roll over.
• She loves to smile and smiles the biggest smile and laugh I have ever seen when she is looking at Brynlee.  Somehow she just adores her big sister and is so intrigued looking and listening to her.
• She likes to sit in her exersaucer and bumbo.  Most most of all would rather roll around on a blanket on the floor with her toys, especially any that make music.
• She has just recently become interested in books and trying to hold them.  She also likes her dolls and rattles.
• She loves to chew on her hands, she will take a pacifier but definitely isn't as dependant on it as her sister was.
• She tries so hard to sit-up and is not satisfied anymore just laying down.
• She has also become interested in her toes and shoes.
• She loves to be carried around so she can see what is going on (kind of things she is bigger than she is), but also just loves to be held.  She is kind-of a momma's girl with that.
• But most of all, she is our beautiful, sweet baby girl who we just adore.  We love you Bryleigh!
