Ice Storm

Last week, we had a crazy ice storm all over the DFW Metroplex and surrounding communities.  We even missed 3 days of school.  We were iced in from late Thursday to Tuesday morning and finally were able to go to school on Wednesday.  We managed to venture outside on Friday for the girls to play and they had a blast.  A little disappointed they couldn't make snow angels or a snowman because the ice was so hard and deep.  I wish I would have taken a picture of our front entry way because we were literally iced in!  Finally, today (Saturday) most all of the ice on our yard, entryway and neighborhood streets is gone.
