Oh January...

What a busy month January has been for us.  I started back to school on the 4th after being off for the past 15 weeks on maternity leave.  The first week back at school, Brynlee had the flu, then an ear infection and on top of all of that Travis had knee surgery.  He had 2 different tears in his meniscus, we are guessing it happened from past softball injuries and plus after going skiing he finally got it taken care of.   Then this past week Brynlee has had a cold.  We also took Brynlee to her 4 month check up and she weighed 15 pounds, 13 ounces (90%) and was 26 inches tall (97%).  She is quite an active little girl!  She loves to sit up while holding onto her Boppy pillow or the couch and loves to stand up holding onto our fingers.  She is now also able to hold her hands together and even grab her toes.  She is sleeping in her crib now and most nights she sleeps from about 9-5:30.  We have started her on some cereal twice a day and now have even added some applesauce to it, which she has really liked!  She is growing so fast and I know it won't be long until she starts to crawl as she already loves to lay on her tummy, roll over and move her legs like crazy!  Here are a few favorite pictures of Brynlee from the month.
