A week or so ago, she began to run really high fever, at first we just thought she was teething as her top front tooth was tyring to make an entrance (this only makes her have 3 teeth now!) but after running a temperature of 106 and being not herself, we made a trip to Cook Children's Emergency Room. They did blood testing (after having to poke her 3 times to draw her blood, they called her "too fluffy") and a urine sample, they determined it was a Urinary Tract Infection. She even got to wear the cute little gown this time! We go back in a few weeks to Cooks to have a kidney ultrasound and bladder scan to make sure all of her "plumbing" is hooked up correctly. Mainly a precautionary measure since she is under the age of 1, but I am all for getting her whole body scanned after our 4th trip to Cooks!
She is still on the Sensitive Lactose Free Formula, mainly uses a sippy cup except morning and bedtime bottles and is still on baby food. I don't know what it is, but my girls have never been interested in table food without gagging themselves. She is also an early riser. She goes to bed around 8:15-8:30 and is content with getting up by 5:45-6:00 a.m. When she gets to go to Wee School, she seems to do great!
